Special Education (SPED) Teacher Position Hiring in Springfield, TN - $2,000 Start Bonus

Job Title: Special Education Teacher (SPED) 
Location: Springfield, TN

We are currently Interviewing for a SPED Teacher to work at one of our partner school districts in Springfield, TN. This a full-time, salaried position with an excellent school district. As a full-time employee, you will be hired by the district to provide support services to the students at one of their schools. Specific school details will be revealed upon hire. More details about this position are below.
 

Position Schedule and Compensation:

• Full-time, 35 - 37.5 hours per week 
• Dates: August 2025 - June 2026
• Caseload: Resource classroom 
• Ages/Population: Elementary or Middle School 
• On-Site or Virtual Positions Available 

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or Education or related 
• Must have Teaching Certification in Tennessee (TN)
• Active Special Education Endorsement in TN
