About the Role:

We are actively interviewing for a School Social Worker to join our team and support students for the remainder of the school year. This position involves working across multiple schools within the district, providing essential social and emotional support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide individual and group counseling to address behavioral, mental health, and social challenges
? Conduct assessments to identify students' social-emotional needs
? Develop and implement intervention plans to promote student well-being
? Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to foster an inclusive and supportive school environment
? Connect students and families with community resources and services
? Maintain accurate, confidential records of student interactions and progress

Requirements:

? Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
? State Social Worker License (LCSW, LCPC, or MSW Limited License)
? Experience in a school setting preferred
