 We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker to for the 25/26 school year for a school near Kansas City, KS. The ideal candidate will support students' social, emotional, and academic development, helping them navigate personal and social challenges that may impact their school experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Assessments: Evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide Counseling and Support: Offer emotional and psychological support through individual and group sessions.
• Manage Cases: Coordinate care by working with clients, families, and other professionals; monitor progress and update plans as needed.
• Advocate for Clients: Ensure clients have access to necessary resources and services; make referrals as needed.
• Crisis Intervention: Respond to emergencies and provide immediate support.
• Community Engagement: Conduct outreach and educational activities to promote social well-being.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with Professionals: Work with healthcare providers, educators, and other social workers to deliver comprehensive support.

Qualifications: 
Masters Degree in Social Work
Active Social Worker Teaching License in School Social Work
