School Social Worker - Multiple Full Time Openings

Blazer Jobs is hiring two experienced School Social Workers for full-time positions in Chicago, Illinois. These roles focus on supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs to promote academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop intervention plans.

• Provide individual and group counseling services.

• Collaborate with educators, families, and community agencies to support students.

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of behavioral goals.

• Implement programs to promote positive school climate and student well-being.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement.

• At least one year of experience as a School Social Worker.
