 We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker to for the 25/26 school year for a school near Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will support students' social, emotional, and academic development, helping them navigate personal and social challenges that may impact their school experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Assessments: Evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide Counseling and Support: Offer emotional and psychological support through individual and group sessions.
• Manage Cases: Coordinate care by working with clients, families, and other professionals; monitor progress and update plans as needed.
• Advocate for Clients: Ensure clients have access to necessary resources and services; make referrals as needed.
• Crisis Intervention: Respond to emergencies and provide immediate support.
• Community Engagement: Conduct outreach and educational activities to promote social well-being.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with Professionals: Work with healthcare providers, educators, and other social workers to deliver comprehensive support.

Qualifications: 
Masters Degree in Social Work
Active Social Worker Teaching License in School Social Work
