Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant – Mineral Wells, TX

Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to be considered:

• Hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Maintain active SLPA licensure through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)

• Must be supervised by a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist in accordance with state guidelines

• Successfully pass a state and federal background check

• Provide documentation of current TB test and any required health clearances

• Must have previous experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Applicants who do not meet the above criteria will not be considered for this role.

Typical Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

• Assist with implementation of individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

• Support students in developing communication, articulation, and language skills

• Record and document student progress and provide feedback to the supervising SLP

• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure student success

• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines for service delivery
