Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Imperial Beach, CA

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists for a full-time position with a school district in the Imperial Beach, CA area. This role is ideal for dedicated professionals passionate about supporting students’ communication and language development.

Requirements:
Applicants must meet all state and local qualifications, including:

• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• An active California Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board (SLPAHADB)

• A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

• California Teaching Credential in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)

• Prior experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy services tailored to student needs

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster student success

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
