We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This full-time, onsite position will support a K-12 caseload and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in the education and development of students.
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address specific speech and language goals
Provide direct therapy and support to students, both individually and in group settings
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech-language needs
Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and evaluations
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Ohio
Previous experience working with K-12 students is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience in IEP development and implementation
