Seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Cleveland, OH

We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This full-time, onsite position will support a K-12 caseload and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in the education and development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address specific speech and language goals

• Provide direct therapy and support to students, both individually and in group settings

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech-language needs

• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and evaluations

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Ohio

• Previous experience working with K-12 students is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Experience in IEP development and implementation
