Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist – Auburn, WA Area

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists for a full-time role within school districts in the Auburn, WA area. We are looking for dedicated professionals passionate about supporting students' communication development in an educational setting.

Minimum Requirements (State & Local):
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be considered:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

  • Possess a valid and active Washington State Speech Language Pathology license issued by the Washington State Department of Health

  • Hold an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate with a Speech Language Pathologist endorsement issued by the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)

  • Must have verifiable experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school or pediatric setting

  • Meet all additional local and state employment requirements, including:

  • Completion of a Washington State Patrol and FBI background check

  • Valid authorization to work in the United States

  • Compliance with district-specific onboarding procedures

  • Current immunization and health records if required by the district

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders

  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs

  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

  • Document student performance and prepare progress reports

  • Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and ongoing evaluations
