Full-Time School Psychologist Job

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a full-time position with school districts in the San Jose, CA area. We are seeking skilled professionals who meet all state and local requirements to provide essential psychological services to students.

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Possess an active California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology.
• Have previous experience as a School Psychologist in an educational setting.
• Meet all state and local requirements, including fingerprint clearance through the California Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments to evaluate students' learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
• Assist in developing behavioral management programs and provide staff training.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with California Department of Education (CDE) regulations.
