Now Hiring: School Registered Nurse (RN) Frisco, TX

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide school-based health services to students in Frisco, TX. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting students across K-12 grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students with acute and chronic health needs

• Administer medications and monitor treatment plans as prescribed by physicians

• Develop and implement Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) for students

• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with state and district policies

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student wellness and safety

• Promote health education and prevention strategies within the school setting

Requirements:

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• Current CPR/First Aid certification

• Experience in pediatric or school nursing strongly preferred

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
