Elementary School Nurse Opportunity (open to travel nurses!)


Location: Eugene, OR

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized School Nurse to provide essential health services to elementary students across several schools located across Eugene. This is a rewarding opportunity to impact student well-being and contribute to a healthy school environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Record Management: Maintain accurate nursing and school health records at each assigned elementary school.
  • Health Assessment & Protocols: Thoroughly assess student health needs and develop individualized health protocols.
  • IEP & 504 Participation: Serve as an active member of IEP teams for students with special education needs and participate in the development of Section 504 plans.
  • Collaboration: Attend required staff meetings to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • License: Valid Oregon license as a Registered Nurse (RN) 
  • TSPC School Nurse License Preferred (not required)
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.
