Job Details:
- Full Time 30+ hours
- August 3, 2025-June 12, 2026
- Elementary Caseload – multiple schools involved
- Vision Screening, Storing & Administering medication for Diabetic students
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Medical Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, treatments, and patient responses.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-hospital care.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Certification: Current and valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid OR license as RN, TSPC School Nurse License Preferred, BS in Nursing or Health related field
- 2 years nursing experience required
