Registered Behavior Tech - RBT - Job Opening for the 25/26 School Year

Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join one of our trusted school district partners in Powder Springs, GA for the 2025-2026 academic year. This is a full-time position offering competitive weekly pay and professional support.

Requirements:

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in behavioral therapy is preferred

• Experience working with children or students with behavioral challenges in a school setting

• Compliance with Georgia state regulations for behavior technicians working in educational environments

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by the school district

Job Duties:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Provide direct one-on-one or small group support to students in school settings

• Collect data on student progress and report findings to the school team and BCBA

• Assist in developing strategies to improve social skills, communication, and adaptive behaviors

• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a positive learning environment
