Full-Time Behavior Technician Support Students with Diverse Needs | Newton, MA

A supportive and passionate school district in Newton, MA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join their team and provide specialized support to students with varying disabilities. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for someone experienced in ABA techniques and committed to making a difference in the lives of students.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP

• End Date: June 20, 2025

• Hours: 38 hours/week

• Schedule: Monday–Friday (on-site only)

• Interview Format: Zoom

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized student support plans

• Work closely with students with a variety of disabilities

• Utilize strong ABA skills to guide behavior and learning

• Collaborate with school staff and other professionals

• Maintain professionalism and consistency in service delivery

Requirements:

• Proof of active Behavior Technician (BT) certification

• Reliable transportation

• Must live within a commutable distance

• Previous experience in a school or similar setting preferred

• Comfortable supporting students with diverse and complex needs

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $30+/hour (based on experience)
