Registered Behavioral Technician Part-Time Position in Emmaus, PA

BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to support students in the Emmaus, PA area. Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans for students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Provide direct behavioral therapy and support to students in the classroom and other school settings.

• Monitor and record student progress toward goals.

• Assist in the development and modification of individualized behavior programs.

• Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to support student development.

• Maintain a positive and safe learning environment.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification.

• Prior experience working with students with autism or behavioral challenges preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt and respond to diverse student needs.

• Passion for supporting students' academic and social growth.
