Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Hourly Rate: $27+ (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:45 PM
We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a 2nd-grade student within a Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) program. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing externalizing behaviors and a passion for making a difference in the lives of young learners.
Position Highlights:

Work 1:1 with a 2nd-grade student

Support within a specialized DHH program

Collaborate with a team under BCBA supervision

Consistent school-day hours with work-life balance
Requirements:

Active RBT license
-
Experience with behavioral interventions and externalizing behaviors

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
