• Middle school emotional support classroom
• Hourly Pay: $22-24+ dependent on experience

Caseload & Responsibilities

• Offer personalized, one-on-one assistance to student.
• Comfortable toileting, feeding and lifting students.
• Help manage classroom behavior and cultivate a positive learning atmosphere.
• Support students with special needs, ensuring full access to the curriculum.
• Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
• Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other non-classroom activities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with special education students in a school-based setting
• Experience with documentation and data collection a plus!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with patience, empathy, and a passion for student success.
• Must be a high school graduate or have a GED.
