Job Description:
Seeking a Paraprofessional to support individuals ages 18+ with Life Skills. Responsibilities include implementing behavior support plans, promoting social skills development, and accompanying classes on field trips.
Requirements:
- 18+ experienced not required, but preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
Salary:
$18-22 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior support plans designed by licensed professionals.
- Provide direct support and supervision to individuals with behavioral challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and behaviors.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals under your care.
