Occupational Therapist (OT) | School-Based Role in Seattle, WA

Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed through the state board to be considered for the position. Those who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

State and Federal Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university

• Current Washington OT license through the Washington State Department of Health

• Must pass all state and federal background checks

• Additional district-specific requirements (e.g., TB testing, fingerprinting)

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and parents.

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to support student success.

• Maintain accurate records and progress reports as required by the district.
