Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students.

• Evaluate students' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs).

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals.

• Maintain documentation of progress and comply with school and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active Indiana Occupational Therapist License issued by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA).

• NBCOT Certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting.
