School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Greater Austin Area, TX

We are seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in schools across the Greater Austin area. This on-site role focuses on helping students develop motor, sensory, and functional skills for success in the classroom and beyond.

Position Details:

• Location: On-site in schools throughout the Austin area
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours
• Start Date: Immediate openings available
• Commitment: Full academic year with potential renewal

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and consultative support for students with diverse needs
• Conduct evaluations and develop IEPs and 504 Plans
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school teams
• Utilize adaptive tools and assistive technology to enhance student success
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Texas OT License (or eligibility)
• Preferred experience in school-based or pediatric therapy
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
