Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Boston, MA Area

Minimum Requirements (State & Local):
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Possess an active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
Hold NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
Have experience as an Occupational Therapist in a school or clinical setting
Meet all additional local and state requirements, including:
Fingerprint and background check clearance
Current TB test and health screening
Authorization to work in the United States
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' occupational therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address sensory, motor, and cognitive challenges
Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
Assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy services provided
Provide consultative support to school staff regarding occupational therapy strategies
