Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a vibrant school district in Aurora, CO for the 2025-2026 school year. In this full-time role, you will work with K-12 students to support their physical, emotional, and cognitive development, assisting them in participating in school activities and achieving academic success.

As a School OT, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing students’ needs and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and parents to support students in the classroom and other school settings.

• Providing direct therapy services to students with a variety of needs, including fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.

• Monitoring and documenting student progress.

• Participating in IEP meetings and working closely with the Special Education team.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have at least applied for Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification to be considered for the position.

• A valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Colorado is required (or eligibility to obtain).

• Previous experience working in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

• Passion for helping students succeed and thrive in a school environment.
