We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a school district in Seattle, WA, supporting a diverse K-12 caseload. This full-time, onsite position provides critical healthcare services to students, ensuring their well-being and ability to thrive in the school environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Seattle, WA

• Schedule: Full-time, onsite

• Caseload: K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide routine and emergency nursing care to students

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments

• Monitor and support students with chronic health conditions

• Maintain accurate and confidential student health records

• Assist with health screenings and immunization tracking

• Communicate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers regarding student health needs

• Support the implementation of Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Promote a safe and healthy school environment

Requirements:

• Active Washington LPN license

• CPR and First Aid certification

• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
