We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated 1:1 care for an elementary school student in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Position Details:

• Location: Philadelphia, PA
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Caseload: 1:1 care for an elementary student.
• Start Date: Immediate availability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one medical care and assistance to an assigned student throughout the school day.
• Administer medications, monitor health conditions, and manage any medical emergencies in accordance with the student’s care plan.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure the student’s medical and educational needs are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medical care and health observations.
• Support the student in participating fully in classroom activities and school routines.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
