Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Washington
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week

Pay: Starting at $35/hour

Job Description:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN to provide dedicated 1:1 care for a high school male student in a school-based setting. This role includes riding the bus with the student to and from school and supporting his daily medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care throughout the school day

• Administer G-tube feedings and medications (G-tube experience is required)

• Ride the school bus with the student (Approx. 6:45 AM – 2:10 PM)

• Monitor and respond to the student’s medical needs as required

• Collaborate with school staff and healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective care

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Washington State

• Experience with G-tube care

• Reliable transportation and ability to maintain early morning schedule

• Commitment to remain in the role through the end of the school year
