Job Description:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support students' health and wellness in a school setting in Anaheim, CA. The LVN will work closely with students, parents, school staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide routine and emergency medical care to students

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Support students with chronic health conditions or disabilities

• Maintain accurate health records and documentation

• Communicate with parents and school staff regarding student health needs

• Support IEP and 504 plans as needed

Requirements:

• Active California LVN license

• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred

• CPR/First Aid certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to pass background checks and district clearance requirements

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday during school hours

• Location: On-site in Anaheim, CA
