Part-Time School Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - After School Program

Part-Time LVN Position – Anaheim, CA (Onsite, Current School Year)

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Anaheim, CA, to hire a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a part-time, onsite position. This role is for the current school year, with renewal opportunities based on performance and district needs.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 12 hours per week (4 hours/day, 3 days/week)

• Shift: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Pay Rate: $34–$39/hour (based on experience)

• Location: School-based, supporting a student in the after-school program

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 nursing care for a student with a stable tracheostomy

• Perform trach care and suctioning as needed

• Ensure student safety and well-being during the after-school program

• Collaborate with school staff and healthcare professionals

State Requirements:

• Active California LVN License

• Current CPR Certification

• Experience with trach care and suctioning required

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
