We’re hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide critical behavioral support to students in Roselle, New Jersey. This full-time, school-based opportunity is perfect for professionals who are committed to helping students thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.

In this role, you'll work side-by-side with educators, therapists, and families to make a lasting impact in the lives of K–12 students.

Key Responsibilities

As an RBT, you’ll be a vital part of a student support team, working under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement effective behavior strategies and ensure consistent progress.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Delivering one-on-one and small group ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) support

• Tracking and recording behavioral data

• Collaborating with school staff, BCBAs, and caregivers

• Promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For

Required:

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it in New Jersey)

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience working with students or individuals with behavioral or developmental needs

• Professionalism, patience, and strong communication skills

Preferred:

• School-based or classroom experience

• Background in ABA therapy or behavioral health

• Familiarity with behavior tracking systems and data collection tools
