Full-Time BCBA Opening | 2025-2026 School Year | New Jersey

We’re partnering with a supportive school district in New Jersey to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite role for the 2025-2026 school year.

Location: Multiple schools within close proximity
Contract Dates: September 2, 2025 – June 26, 2026
Hours: 35 hours/week | 8:15 AM – 3:15/3:05 PM
Position Type: Onsite, 1 Opening
Hourly Pay: $43–$45/hr (Weekly Pay)
Interview: 15–20 min virtual interview via Zoom with the director

Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing and evaluations

• Serve a K-12 caseload across multiple nearby school sites

• Collaborate with district teams to provide behavior support and programming

Must-Haves:

• Strong school-based experience

• Experience working with students on the Autism spectrum

• Ability to perform both evaluations and testing

• Active New Jersey BCBA license and certification (No pending licensures)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to meet district’s flexible caseload assignments based on current needs

District Requirements (Please have ready to submit):

• NJ BCBA license and certification

• Agency and district fingerprint clearance

• Recent TB test

• Physical examination
