School-Based BCBA
Location: Ontario, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | 35 Hours/Week
Pay: $55 – $60/hour (based on experience)

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school team in Ontario, CA. This is a full-time position offering consistent hours and a rewarding opportunity to work closely with early learners and staff to support behavioral needs on-site.

Position Details:

• Start Date: Immediate or August 2025

• Hours: 35 hours/week

• Setting: One school site (no travel required)

• Caseload: Primarily Pre-K students

• Structure:

  • 3.45 hours/day in one classroom providing direct support

  • Remainder of the day offering support to other classrooms within the same site as needed

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Provide direct support in a designated classroom setting

• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and school psychologists

• Offer consultation and coaching to staff for behavior strategies

• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress

• Ensure compliance with district and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification – Required

• Experience working with Pre-K or early childhood populations – Preferred

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• School-based or special education experience highly valued
