As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Exeter, NH, you will play a critical role in implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) to help students improve academically, socially, and behaviorally. You’ll collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to create individualized support strategies for each student.
Implement Behavioral Interventions: Apply BIPs to improve student behavior, academic performance, and social skills.
Collaborate with Educators and Families: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop customized strategies for each student’s needs.
Track Student Progress: Monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions to ensure success.
Create Positive Learning Environments: Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment that supports the growth and engagement of students with special needs.
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is committed to helping students with special needs achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Active RBT Certification (or ability to obtain certification in New Hampshire)
National RBT Certification
Passion for working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and other developmental disabilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience working with students with special needs, particularly those with autism or behavioral challenges
Ability to implement individualized behavior strategies and monitor progress
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success
