Location: Hooksett, NH
Caseload: Preschool caseload | Part Time – 2 days a week
Start/End Date: ASAP – June 2025
Job Details:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct supervision to behavior technicians and ensure treatment fidelity.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention programs.
  • Write annual and revision IEP’s when needed.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred..
