Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an Early Intervention program in Beebe, Arkansas for the 2025–2026 school year. This per diem opportunity offers onsite or virtual flexibility, making it ideal for professionals looking for autonomy and meaningful impact.
As a BCBA, you will provide specialized behavior services for children ages 3–5. Your work will directly impact the developmental progress of students by implementing evidence-based strategies and collaborating with school teams and families to support individualized goals.
Deliver direct behavioral services to preschool-aged children
Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure cohesive interventions
Track and analyze behavioral data to guide program decisions
Adapt strategies based on observed progress and team input
National Certification as a BCBA (required)
Experience working with young children (Early Intervention preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt to evolving caseloads and flexible schedules
Tech-savvy for virtual service delivery (if applicable)
