Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Pittsfield, MA, to find a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the current school year. This is an onsite role working directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans and support individuals with autism and other behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect data on student behavior and progress.

• Provide one-on-one and group behavior therapy.

• Assist in developing and maintaining positive behavior support systems.

• Support classroom management to foster an optimal learning environment.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure student success.

State Requirements:

• Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Must have a current Massachusetts state certification for RBT.

• Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.

Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.

Compensation:
$28 - $32 per hour
